  • Evaluating Options for Documenting Incremental Improvement of Impaired Waters Under the TMDL Program This is a final report submitted to U.S. EPA that examines options available to states for reporting incremental changes under the TMDL program. This uses case examples from Ohio watersheds to illustrate the techniques and meaning of measuring incremental changes in chemical, physical, and biological parameters and indicators in response to TMDL initiated management and restoration practices.   • Evaluation and Development of Large River Biological Assessment Methods and Standardized Protocols for Region V, Boat Electrofishing Methods Comparison Study This is a collaborative study conducted jointly by ORSANCO and MBI. This is a study of the comparability of the electrofishing methods used by MBI/ORSANCO and those of eight other cooperators in the Midwestern U.S. The purpose of the study is to determine the comparability of the data produced by different entities for bioassessment purposes with the objective of producing a consistent set of sampling protocols.
